Update conflicting docs about collection public links
This change documents that collections can be shared via public links, but other Locker docs still state the opposite (for example docs/docs/locker/faq/sharing.md:33 and docs/docs/locker/index.md:55-56 say public links are item-only). After this commit, users can get contradictory guidance depending on which page they land on, so the new behavior appears unreliable or unavailable.

Document how to delete collection public links
The page now includes steps to create collection public links, but the revocation section remains item-only (Long press on the item), which does not describe the collection flow. Users who share a collection link may not find how to disable it and could leave links active longer than intended.
