Related history: zen-browser/theme-store/pull/1912 and the previous Reddit thread.

I have optimized the Ctrl+Tab Preview UI for Zen Browser. This update improves the display of the favicon background and includes full support for both light and dark modes.

Could you please add these changes to a new zen-ctrltab-panel.css file?

And make zen-single-components.css preprocessed (adding a * infront of

content/browser/zen-styles/zen-single-components.css (../../zen/common/styles/zen-single-components.css)
) and just %include zen-ctrltab-panel.css at the bottom? To avoid overly sized patch files

Done it, and tested it in my local build. It looks good to me.
