Could you please add these changes to a new zen-ctrltab-panel.css file?
And make zen-single-components.css preprocessed (adding a * infront of
desktop/src/zen/common/jar.inc.mn

%include zen-ctrltab-panel.css at the bottom? To avoid overly sized patch files
